The Profile: Quantitative Rigor meets Radical Curiosity

We don’t just want someone who can build a discounted cash flow (DCF) model in their sleep. We want someone who can tell us why that model is about to be rendered obsolete by a founder in a garage.

You are our ideal candidate if:

• The Macro Matters: You can connect the dots between interest rate pivots and the next decade of SaaS valuations.

• The Micro Grinds: You have a "Finance & Econ" soul but a "Product" heart. You understand unit economics better than your own Spotify Wrapped.

• Disruption is Your Default: You aren't just following trends; you’re looking for the structural shifts that the PE giants haven't priced in yet.

What You’ll Actually Do

• Pressure-Test the Future: Take a deep dive into the financials of Series A/B startups and find the "Why Now?"

• Economic Cartography: Map out emerging markets and niche sectors where capital is scarce but innovation is overflowing.

• The Investment Thesis: You won't just "assist." You will defend your own investment theses to our partners. Bring receipts.

The "Un-Requirements"

• Forget the Pedigree: We don’t care where you went to school. We care how you think.

• No "Yes-Men": If you agree with everything we say, you’re not adding value.

• Hyper Communicator: You can explain complex economic moats to a 5-year-old and a LP in the same afternoon.
